Twin-Stick Shooter Launches with Three DLC Packs: Panther + Samurai Character DLC, Alien Enemy Weapons DLC, and The XALADIA Soundtrack DLC
ACQUIRE Corp. announced the release of twin-stick shooter XALADIA: Rise of the Space Pirates X2 ($17.99) and launch day downloadable content (DLC) for PlayStation5, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The self-published developers of Tenchu, Way of the Samurai, AKIBA’S TRIP, and OCTFPATH TRAVELER have created a game that sets itself apart from other twin-stick shooters with its customizable weaponry.

In XALADIA: Rise of the Space Pirates X2, players take on the role of a planetary reconnaissance soldier in a terraformed planet society who must face an alien space-pirate raid. To survive, players must use a barrage of missiles, lasers, barriers, and bots to cover the screen and shield from the enemy.
Three XALADIA DLC packs will be available today to enhance the gaming experience. The Playable Character Pack DLC ($4.99) includes two new characters with unique abilities to choose from. Thief Panther has quick movement and evasion skills while Black Samurai specializes in overwhelming firepower.
The Gun Weapon Pack DLC ($4.99) offers five extra high-power guns and the Soundtrack DLC ($4.99) features 10 tracks designed to submerge players in the XALADIA world. Each is available for download on original purchase of XALADIA: Rise of the Space Pirates X2.
