Slay Liches or Die Trying With Split-Screen Coop on Nintendo Switch
Turning Wheel LLC is proud to announce a launch date for the highly anticipated co-op first-person action roguelike, Barony, on the Nintendo Switch. On August 1st, 2023, challenges await in the underground labyrinths, where up to 3 friends can tackle daily dungeons in split-screen, local wireless, or online.
Barony sets itself apart by requiring players to master their role in combat with its unique “perma-death” rule. Players will select one of 13 available classes from Warrior to Arcanist in their attempt to defeat the randomly generated crypts. As they travel through the depths, they can strategize to their advantage by using a variety of weapons, tools, spells, and artifacts that they discover while playing.
Gameplay can also be further explored and enhanced with optional downloadable content packs for an extra special gaming experience.
Barony fuses turn-based combat, RPG systems, and cross-platform multiplayer to provide players with an immersive fantasy world that offers a new dungeon every time they play.
With the addition of multiplayer support on the Nintendo Switch, gamers from all platforms, Windows, Mac, Linux, Steam, and Epic Games Store, can all adventure together.
