Today, Microids and IMPS are excited to unveil a new video for the upcoming 3D adventure/platform video game, The Smurfs 2 – The Prisoner of the Green Stone. Revealed at San Diego Comic Con on July 22nd, this video reveals a unique glimpse of the evil Stolas and introduces immersive new environments.
The Smurfs 2 – The Prisoner of the Green Stone will be released digitally November 2nd, 2023 for various gaming platforms, and the retail versions of the game will launch November 14th in North America.
Players will join a crack team of four iconic Smurfs, Handy, Brainy, Dimwitty, and Storm, on an exciting quest to save the Cursed Land from the mighty Stolas.
They can count on the SmurfoMix, an invention of Handy Smurf, and an unexpected ally – Gargamel himself! The game features engaging exploration, platforming, and intense combat. As they explore the Cursed Land, they will collect various resources to improve the SmurfoMix and experience co-op mode with a friend or family partner.
The Smurfs 2 – The Prisoner of the Green Stone pays a great tribute to the 65th anniversary of the Smurfs franchise, with a new story set in a unique, colorful universe to discover. Will you join the Smurfs in their mission and help them save the Cursed Land?
