Families Across the U.S. Can Connect With Their Favorite Nintendo Characters and Create Lasting Summer Memories
Summer is the time for family bonding and unforgettable experiences, and what better way to create those memories than a trip with the Nintendo Summer of Play Tour. From June 15th to August 28th, Nintendo will be traveling to cities across the US to give guests of all ages a chance to explore the fantastical worlds created by beloved Nintendo Switch games. Guests can join Mario and friends to race down Rainbow Road in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, have a campfire with Tom Nook and Isabelle in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, take a picture with Pikachu and other Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, join Link in the Kingdom of Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and so much more.
Upon arrival, guests will receive a free Nintendo Summer of Play Passport full of activities to explore the various worlds and gain stamps as they complete them. For those that manage to fully complete their Passport, they can receive free Nintendo goodies while supplies last. Additionally, attendees can also take a digital photo-op of their Nintendo experience at the Play Nintendo Mushroom Kingdom Yourself Photobooth.
Plus, Nintendo Account holders who check in with My Nintendo at the event will receive a free gift while supplies last and 100 My Nintendo Platinum Points to redeem for rewards on my.nintendo.com. For those looking to continue the gaming adventure at home, a special GameStop coupon* will be handed out that grants $10 off a purchase of $75 or more on select Nintendo video games and accessories.
