Orwellian-inspired adventure game coming to consoles across Europe this summer.
Get ready to enter a dystopian world of adventure and intrigue with the upcoming release of Beholder 3 for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 and 5 consoles. Funbox Media Ltd, in cooperation with developer Paintbucket Games and digital publisher Toplitz Productions, have announced that the boxed retail editions for Beholder 3 will be distributed across EU, ANZ, SA and ME territories starting this summer.
Beholder 3 tells the story of Frank Schwarz, a husband and father falsely accused of a crime and whose only way out is to make a deal with a high-ranking security officer. Forced to work two jobs – in an apartment block and in the Ministry – Frank soon discovers that different political factions are secretly vying for power over the Ministry and the country.
As a secret government spy, Frank must break into tenants’ apartments, search them for contraband and even eliminate anyone his boss orders him to, all the while trying to get his old life back.
Beholder 3 will include features such as quests from the Ministry, installing surveillance cameras and spreading propaganda, in addition to everyday tasks such as paying bills and fixing up apartments. Players will have to decide who they are willing to sacrifice in order to get what they want.
