Dark Nights with Poe and Munro

Nintendo Switch Pre-Order Now Available for Dark Nights with Poe and Munro FMV Coming July 15th

A new live-action game in the guise of a TV series, Dark Nights with Poe and Munro, is available for preorder on Nintendo Switch from today, with a 10% discount ahead of its official release on July 15th.

Dark Nights with Poe and Munro is an anthology of six supernatural tales about late night radio hosts John ‘Poe’ Pope and Ellis Munro. The game comes complete with all six 20-30 minute episodes available to binge-play at once and can be replayed in any order to uncover different story paths and multiple endings. Players control the action using up to 29 timed “hotspot” decision points which can be frozen for a more casual game or to allow streamers to consult with their chat.

Dark Nights with Poe and Munro is the third FMV game from husband-and-wife indie developer D’Avekki Studios, whose previous titles ‘The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker’ and ‘The Shapeshifting Detective’ were published to consoles by BAFTA-winning Wales Interactive.

D’Avekki Studios director, Tim Cowles, said: “Switch is the perfect partner for Dark Nights with Poe and Munro, with its bite-sized episodes and hotspots you can touch. This release also marks a milestone for the studio, because we’ve now independently published to all consoles as well as PC, returning us to our 100% indie roots.”

Dark Nights with Poe and Munro stars Leah Cunard as Munro and Klemens Koehring as Poe, and features multiple voiceover cameos including Justin McElroy (My Brother My Brother and Me) and Jesse Cox (Monster Prom 1 & 2).
