Ghostlight to bring Agarest: Generations of War to Nintendo Switch
Today, Ghostlight announced that they will be bringing the Steam-chart-topping SRPG Agarest: Generations of War to the Nintendo Switch in the EU and Australia. This updated version of the game includes all DLC, as well as visual enhancements such as upscaled 2D art and full HD movies. The title will be available in Europe and Australia on the 24th of March, and will be priced at £35.99. Agarest: Generations of War features a Soul Breed system, allowing players to choose a bride at the end of their adventure and give birth to the hero of the next generation. Developed by Ankake Spa, Touhou: New World is the latest entry in the ever-evolving “Touhou Project” universe. The game returns players to Gensokyo, a supernatural world that both humans and the spirits known as youkai call home.
The mystical barrier protecting Gensokyo is breached by an outsider harboring an obsession with the supernatural realm, bringing chaos to both Gensokyo and the world beyond. It’s up to shrine maiden Reimu and her magician friend Marisa to uncover the true source of the chaos and restore peace to both worlds.
The game features several key elements, including Shrine Maiden Skills and Magician Moves, Get to Know Gensokyo, Customizable Action, and Don’t Forget to Accessorize. Players will be able to level up their skills, upgrade essential stats, and mix and match equipment to make the most of them.
