New trailer showcases co-op cooking carnage coming to console early next year

Yogscast Games and It’s Happening have announced the official release date for PlateUp!, a co-op cooking action and roguelite game. On February 15, 2021, PlateUp! will make its console debut on PlayStation 4/5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.

PlateUp! is the perfect game for those looking to get into the co-op cooking action genre, as it contains elements of both classic co-op cooking and roguelite progression. Players will be challenged to build and manage their own diner, making use of a selection of cuisine, equipment and layout options. What’s more, the game supports up to four players both online and locally, allowing friends and family to rally together and keep the business afloat.

Furthermore, Yogscast Games and It’s Happening are introducing the PlateUp! Collector’s Edition, which features four exclusive Mini-Figurines inspired by the iconic playable characters of PlateUp!. Additional character cosmetics, such as eight unique hats and four unique particle effects, are also included in all physical editions of the game.

The PlateUp! Collector’s Edition will come with an SRP of £49.99 / €59.99 / $59.95, while the Standard Edition will retail for £34.99 / €39.99 / $39.95. The PlateUp! Collector’s Edition can now be pre-ordered from retailers worldwide, such as Amazon US, Best Buy, Gamestop and more.
