Blasphemous II


Preorders open for The Game Kitchen’s highly anticipated sequel, as physical editions of the punishing Metroidvania are announced for consoles.

Today, The Game Kitchen and Team17 Digital have announced that preorders for Blasphemous II are now available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation5, and Xbox Series X|S. PC users have the option to preorder starting at 5pm BST, while a Digital Deluxe version – exclusive to Steam – offers the Blasphemous II official soundtrack and digital artbook.

The global launch of Blasphemous II on digital platforms will take place on 24th August, with physical editions of the game available in Europe for Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S (courtesy of astragon Entertainment) and in the US on 15th September.

Digital versions of Blasphemous II are listed at €29.99/£24.99/$29.99 for all platforms, but preorders include a 10% discount. Physical editions of the game retail for €34.99/£29.99/$34.99 on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, and €39.99/£34.99/$39.99 on Nintendo Switch.
