Welcoming Everyone to Forgotten Valley, XSEED Games Releases Modern Reimagining of Farming/Life Sim for Fans of All Generations
Today marks a momentous occasion! XSEED Games, the independent-minded publishing brand of Marvelous USA, Inc., announces the release of STORY OF SEASONS: A Wonderful Life, a reimagining of the fan-favorite entry in STORY OF SEASONS (Bokujo Monogatari in Japan).
The title is now available digitally on Windows PC via Steam, PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and the Nintendo Switch™ system in North America and worldwide. Additionally, both a standard and premium edition will be available physically for consoles.
Featuring modern visuals and design updates, STORY OF SEASONS: A Wonderful Life invites seasoned fans and newcomers to the farming/life sim genre alike to revisit the tranquil community of Forgotten Valley.
In the game, players fulfill their father and his friend Takakura’s dream of running a farm. As the seasons go by, players will find their lifelong partner, raise a child, and watch them grow up. Will their child carry on the family’s farm legacy or find their calling somewhere else? Only time will tell!
STORY OF SEASONS: A Wonderful Life features plenty of updates to excite returning fans, such as new events, enhanced festivals, a cornucopia of never-before-seen crops, plus more recipes to cook.
There is also the option to play as a male, female, or non-binary protagonist, as well as all eligible marriage candidates available for romance regardless of gender choice.
As an added bonus, players will be able to download the “Mukumuku Costume” DLC for free on all platforms through July 5.
Rated “E for Everyone” by the ESRB, STORY OF SEASONS: A Wonderful Life is now available for purchase digitally for a MSRP of $49.99, and physically for console platforms on the XSEED Games Store and participating retailers for a MSRP of $49.99 for the standard edition and $59.99 for the premium edition.
