First Release from Company’s Newly Formed, Self-Publishing Unit
ACQUIRE Corp., the developers of critically-acclaimed Tenchu, Way of the Samurai, AKIBA’S TRIP and the Octopath Traveler series, announced today the release of XALADIA: Rise of the Space Pirates X2 is set for Fall 2023.
This new self-published title is set to launch across Nintendo Switch, PlayStation5 and Steam in fall 2023. XALADIA puts a modern spin on the classic twin-stick shooter game with a unique weapons system, allowing players to create their very own loadouts and customize their gaming experience.
In XALADIA: Rise of the Space Pirates X2, you’ll take the role of a planetary reconnaissance soldier in a cultured planet society as it is plagued by a destructive alien space-pirate raid.
You’ll have to make use of a wide array of missiles, lasers, barriers and bots in order to protect against the enemy onslaught.
With 3D graphics, non-scrolling single-screen battles, and a customizable turret system, this game is sure to bring an engaging and immersive experience to all types of players.
