Graffiti Games and developer Team Ugly are excited to announce that Ugly – the stirring single-player puzzle platformer – is making its way to Nintendo Switch later this year! What’s more, gamers can experience the world of Ugly right now by playing its very first playable demo on PC via Steam Next Fest, which begins June 19th.
Ugly puts players in the shoes of a tormented nobleman, confronting his past traumas as they solve puzzles and make their way through a darkly twisted fairy-tale world. This journey will require strategic thinking and quick reflexes, thanks to the innovative and clever mirror mechanic. By creating a shadowy reflection of themselves and swapping places with it, players must make it safely through puzzle rooms and face down enormous bosses.
Team Ugly have also included some secrets and Easter Eggs, hidden rooms and hints in Ugly to make the game even more interesting. All this, coupled with the stunning art style, detailed animations and interactable elements make Ugly a game worth exploring.
