MicroProse is thrilled to announce that its upcoming hacking simulator experience, DROP: System Breach, will be released for the Nintendo Switch on April 25th.
DROP: System Breach is a unique combination of action, strategy and puzzle elements, where players have to navigate through complex puzzles and complete objectives against the clock. The game is rendered in a minimalistic yet evocative art style, and is accompanied by a haunting electronic soundtrack.
Players take on the role of an ambitious hacker with big ambitions, an empty bank account, and a burning desire to prove themselves. When their actions attract the attention of notorious hacker group The Swarm, they are thrown into a power struggle between different factions and megacorporations.
Players will be able to complete story missions, as well as procedurally generated side quests to gain respect, notoriety and cold, hard cash. The controls are simple and intuitive, with few keyboard or gamepad commands that quickly become second nature – perfect for the fast-paced action and nerve-racking gameplay.
