Holiday contest kicks off today The iconic crime-fighting duo Sam & Max are set to make a triumphant return in Spring 2024 with the remastered version of the beloved episodic classic Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse. Skunkape Games, made up of some of the founding members of the original development team at Telltale, is busy remastering the Sam & Max trilogy with an array of modern day updates. LucasArts released the adventure game Sam & Max: Freelance Police in 2004 that gained a devoted fanbase. After the game was canceled, several of the development team left to form Telltale Games. They went on to make three seasons of episodic games based on Steve Purcell’s dog and rabbit crime-fighting characters between 2006 and 2010 that received critical acclaim. Calling all Pokémon TCG collectors! This summer, show off your Pokémon cards and win prizes with the Pokémon TCG Collection Contest
Are you a passionate fan of the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG)? Do you have a coveted collection of Pokémon cards from the new Scarlet & Violet—Obsidian Flames series? If so, then here’s your chance to show them off and win prizes with the launch of the Pokémon TCG Collection Contest!
Organised by the Pokémon Company International, the online competition is open to Pokémon TCG collectors and enthusiasts in the UK, France and Germany. From the 9th of July 2023 to 8 a.m. BST on 1st September 2023, entrants can submit photos of their collections on the contest website. Every two weeks, a new challenge will be issued for fans to showcase their collections – ranging from Favourite Collections to Coveted Cards to Favourite Pokémon.
- Round 1—Favourite Collection: entrants can show off their favourite Pokémon TCG collections.
- Round 2—Storage & Display: entrants can show off how they store and display their Pokémon TCG collections.
- Round 3—Coveted Cards: entrants can show off Pokémon TCG cards that are special to them.
- Round 4—Favourite Pokémon: entrants can show off their Pokémon TCG collections featuring their favourite Pokémon.
Winners and runners-up from each round will receive exciting prizes to help them grow their Pokémon TCG collections – from products from the recently released Scarlet & Violet Series to TCG accessories.
