Metro Quester

METRO QUESTER is coming on Dec 15th!

KEMCO is proud to bring the excitement and mystery of hack-and-slash dungeon exploration to new consoles with the release of METRO QUESTER. With its exploration-driven style, dungeon-crawling hack and slash, and layered battle system, the game offers many challenges and surprises for gamers with a taste for retro-inspired RPGs.

Fans of dungeon exploration and hack-and-slash RPGs have something to look forward to this December. KEMCO has proudly announced the launch of METRO QUESTER, developed with manga artist Kazushi Hagiwara and deep game system designer Hironori Kato. The game will be available on Xbox consoles, including Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Windows devices, PlayStation5 / PlayStation4 (supporting Cross-Buy) and Nintendo Switch family of systems on December 15th, 2023 (JST).

METRO QUESTER takes players into a post-apocalyptic futuristic world as they explore the desolate dungeons of TOKYO using auto-mapping. As they progress through the dungeons, they will discover breakable walls, creature nests, spots with food and resources, as well as vaults. As players search for “Purification Fuel” for action and “food” for survival, they will also come across rare items to equip and challenge formidable foes or disassemble for resources.

In terms of battles, players can select up to three commands each turn, as long as their Action Points (AP) allow. As enemies take multiple actions in one turn, players must assess the turn order and Hate values on the battle screen carefully, in order to plan targeted combos, skill combinations and effective Hate control.

METRO QUESTER is sure to be a challenging and captivating delight for dungeon crawlers and hack-and-slash RPG fans. With its retro-inspired style, players are sure to have hours of enjoyment out of the game, from exploring post-apocalyptic dungeons, to equipping rare items, to the layered battle system.

Be sure to pick up METRO QUESTER when it launches on December 15th, 2023 (JST); available on Xbox consoles, PlayStation5/PlayStation4 (supporting Cross-Buy), and Nintendo Switch family of systems.
