Today, Square Enix announced that the beloved FINAL FANTASY pixel remaster series is now available digitally for the PlayStation4 (PS4) console and Nintendo Switch system. This series, which comprises of FINAL FANTASY I through FINAL FANTASY VI, is a faithful recreation of the original games with quality-of-life upgrades.
Unique features for the PS4 and Nintendo Switch version include the option to switch between the rearranged and original-based soundtrack for the game, as well as a choice of in-game fonts. Additionally, PS4 and Nintendo Switch players can also expect additional boost features to expand gameplay options, such as switching off random encounters and adjusting experience gained multipliers between 0 and 4.
Players can purchase individual games or the entire series in the FINAL FANTASY I-VI BUNDLE from PlayStation Store or Nintendo eShop. Those who purchase individual games before May 25th, 2023 will receive either two themed wallpapers on Nintendo Switch or a Theme and Avatar on PS4.
Meanwhile, those who purchase the FINAL FANTASY pixel remaster complete series in the FINAL FANTASY I-VI BUNDLE by May 25th, 2023 will receive either all 12 themed Wallpapers on Nintendo Switch™ or every Theme and Avatar included with the individual games on PS4™.
