Indie game studio Made in Mavis is set to release Marlon’s Mystery: The darkside of crime on Steam and Nintendo Switch in Q2 2023.
Marlon’s Mystery: The darkside of crime is an engrossing detective game that will test your investigative skills as you solve riddles and uncover hidden objects. The game follows Abby Marlon and her apprentice, Jared Evans, as they are recruited by the Taylor family to investigate a murder case involving the youngest daughter, Eleanor.
Players will travel through various locations as they work to uncover the mystery surrounding the Taylor family. Abby is a young woman with a past that has given her a strong sense of justice, and her sensitivity to art and drawing helps her reflect on the facts before her. Jared is Abby’s apprentice who takes notes of everything others say to remember all the events of a case.
Marlon’s Mystery: The darkside of crime offers players the chance to investigate a criminal case, collect clues and interact with characters, fill in the detective board, use logic to solve a case, trust their instincts and immerse themselves in a crime and mystery game. Players will also be able to interact with the characters and get objects to customize their detective board.
