PQube and ACQUIRE are proud to announce that ‘Labyrinth of Zangetsu‘, a dungeon crawler RPG inspired by Japanese art and folklore is set for launch on 20th April 2023 for Steam, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
Players will embark on a mission to conscript a team of warriors and venture deep into the labyrinths to conquer and sanctify the land, battling terrifying Yokai beasts & monsters based on traditional Japanese folklore.
The game boasts a stunning ink-brush art style that combines traditional Japanese art and modern design, as well as an intense strategic turn-based battle system. Labyrinth of Zangetsu players will be able to create and customize their own conscripts, equip them with the most appropriate weapons, and explore the depths of the labyrinths together.
The game also features a range of environments, including traditional Japanese Torii gates, treacherous vine forests, and abandoned mines, as well as a range of enemy yokai inspired by traditional Japanese folklore.
