Joker from Persona 5 Joins Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a Playable DLC Fighter

Nintendo Made Big Announcements and Celebrated the Launch of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate During This Year’s The Game Awards Broadcast ​REDMOND, Wash., Dec. 6, 2018 – In a video that aired during The Game Awards, Nintendo revealed that Joker from the critically acclaimed Persona 5 game will be coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for Nintendo Switch as a playable DLC fighter. Joker is included in the first of five planned DLC packs, each containing one playable fighter, one new stage and a handful of music tracks. Nintendo adds new games weekly to Nintendo eShop, which offers a variety of options for the Nintendo Switch console, the Wii U console and the Nintendo 3DS family of systems. Nintendo eShop is a cash-based service that features a wide variety of content, including new and classic games, applications and demos. Users can add money to their account balances by using a credit card or purchasing a Nintendo eShop Card at a retail store and entering the code from the card. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment recently revealed content and characters in two upcoming Aquaman movie packs for LEGO® DC Super-Villains available on PlayStation® 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch™, and Windows PC. The downloadable packs add levels and DC characters inspired by the much-anticipated Warner Bros. Pictures film, Aquaman, in theaters nationwide on 21stDecember.

For Season Pass holders, Aquaman Movie Part 1 will be available on 4thDecember and Aquaman Movie Part 2 will be available on 8th January 2019.  The Season Pass, which adds six level packs and four character packs, is included in the LEGO® DC Super-Villains Deluxe Edition or can be purchased separately for £11.99.  For players that want to purchase the Aquaman movie packs à la cartethey can be purchased together in a bundle for £4.99 on 8thJanuary 2019.

FREE UPDATES BRING FESTIVE FEATURES TO DRAGON BALL FIGHTERZ

28th November, 2018 – Richmond, UK: BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe is pleased to announce a selection of new content, as part of 3 free updates for DRAGON BALL FighterZ on PlayStation®4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.

The first is a FighterZ Tournament, which is a new online tournament mode featuring several new match rules culminating in a final 8-player bracket. The winners and runners-up in each tournament will receive special rewards and Z Trophies, which players can then display in their all-new Z Trophy Room.

The Z Trophy Room is the second new feature, where rooms are unique to each player. Players will gain Z Trophies that can be showcased in their Z Trophy Rooms, as well as with their Lobby Avatars and more. Players can then visit the Z Trophy Rooms of others or invite their friends to show off their own collections.

These first two updates are live from today!

The third update, arriving on 5th December, 2018, will feature a variety of new festive themed avatars and colour variations. Characters including Vegeta, Trunks, Tien and Android 18 will have Santa Claus themed avatars, with Krillin and Buu dressed as a reindeer and snowman respectively. A new Christmas colour set, featuring red, green and gold, will also be available for all characters.

DRAGON BALL FighterZ is available now for PlayStation®4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.

The Messenger+ Update adds New Game+ mode & accessibility options

Wednesday, November 21, 2018 — Sabotage Studio releases today their Messenger+ update for The Messenger on Steam and Nintendo Switch, adding a New Game+ mode as well as improving quality of life, notably by allowing controls remapping, adding a visual cue in the underwater labyrinth for accessibility purposes, and adding the Prophet’s hint feature directly into the map to help guide adventurers. However, the biggest chunk of news here is the New Game+ mode. It will allow players who have already completed the game to start a new save slot with a plus sign next to it that will feature all previously unlocked upgrades (plus the windmill shuriken!), but will up the ante on difficulty with increased incoming damage and bosses HP.
