Get ready to explore the magical world of Moominvalley with Norwegian studio Hyper Games and Swedish publisher Raw Fury’s upcoming adventure game Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley! Inspired by the books and comics of renowned Finnish author, Tove Jansson, the game invites players to immerse themselves in the charming and vivid world of Snufkin and his friends.

Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley is a story-rich, musical adventure game about the beloved character, Snufkin, restoring the valley and helping the quirky and memorable characters and creatures who call it home. Players will need to use their trusty harmonica, a bit of stealth, and the help of newfound friends they will meet along the way. The beautiful landscapes of Moominvalley have been disrupted by a series of hideous parks, so it’s up to Snufkin to restore the valley to its natural beauty by distracting police officers, pulling out signs, and knocking over misplaced statues.

Along the way, players can look forward to meeting over 50 charming characters and creatures found in Moominvalley and the opportunity to solve plenty of musical and environmental puzzles. With narrative gameplay and a myriad of charming stories and quests involving beloved characters created by Tove Jansson, this cozy, story-rich adventure game with a gorgeous storybook art style is sure to bring an enchanting and wholesome experience for every age.

On top of this, Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley also features a beautiful soundscape of music and melodies composed in collaboration with Sigur Rós, adding even more depth and emotion to the game.

The game is set to launch for Nintendo Switch and PC in Q1 2024 and will be available to wishlist on Steam from now. An Android and IOS launch is planned for a later date.
