Today, Raw Fury announced that their latest installment in the award-winning micro-strategy game series, Kingdom Eighties, will be launching later this year on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.

The news was revealed at the MIX Direct Spring 2023 Online Showcase, which also showcased a gameplay teaser that explores the game’s urban settings.

Kingdom Eighties is set to be a nostalgic journey back to a simpler time, taking place in a summer camp setting and featuring a young camp counselor as the main protagonist.

Players will be able to recruit neighborhood kids to join their cause, assigning them roles as builders and soldiers, and expanding their territory as they uncover the secrets of the mysterious Greed and the Crown of Creation.

The game will also feature a variety of new locations, from skateboard parks to Main Street shops, all crafted with the pixel-art magic the series is known for.

Players will also have the assistance of three new characters, The Champ, the Tinkerer, and the Wiz, who each have unique abilities that can be used to discover new strategies.
