KOEI TECMO’s Legendary Franchise Prepares to Pounce on Current and Next-Gen Systems During Sunday’s Tokyo Game Show (TGS 2020) livestream, KOEI TECMO and developer Omega Force revealed their exciting new project and the latest addition to the highly-revered DYNASTY WARRIORS franchise: DYNASTY WARRIORS 9 Empires.
