FINAL FANTASY PIXEL REMASTER SERIES CELEBRATES TWO MILLION SHIPMENTS AND DIGITAL SALES WORLDWIDE
Square Enix is celebrating a major milestone today as the six titles of the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series have surpassed two million units shipped and downloaded worldwide since their release. The series, which includes the iconic games Final Fantasy I through Final Fantasy VI, was released in 2021 and 2022 on Steam, iOS and Android devices before being made available on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch this year. The series features quality-of-life upgrades while staying faithful to the retro design of the classic masterpieces. Today, GIANTS Software announced the upcoming release of Farming Simulator 23, the latest installment of its globally successful Farming Simulator brand. The game, set to be released on May 23, 2023 on Nintendo Switch™ and mobile devices, promises to set a new benchmark for farming mobile games.
Farming Simulator 23 offers players a unique opportunity to build their own agricultural empire. With more than 100 authentically digitized vehicles and tools from renowned manufacturers, players can grow, harvest and process 14 different crops. The game also introduces new field mechanics and production chains, from producing flour to selling bread. In addition, Farming Simulator 23 allows players to explore two different maps, inspired by environments in the USA and Europe. Here, players can tend to cows, horses, pigs, sheep, and the newly added chickens, as first introduced in the game’s cutting-edge cinematic trailer.
Farming Simulator 23: Nintendo Switch Edition is now available for pre-orders at select retail stores and the Nintendo eShop. The mobile versions for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices can be found in the App Store and on Google Play, respectively.
