Today, Microids, the beloved publisher team and French revelation Flashback creator Paul Cuisset, have unveiled the gameplay trailer for the highly anticipated Flashback 2, the sequel of the iconic Flashback game originally released back in 1992.

The game is set to launch on November 16th, 2023 for PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S and Nintendo Switch, and promises an action-packed adventure featuring a gripping, fluid and intricate platform shooter.

In a dystopian future, the Morphs, a powerful and threatening alien force, have aimed to take control of our solar system and enslave all its inhabitants. To prevent this diabolical plan, the heroes of the game, Conrad B. Hart, must enlist their skills in an effort to battle them off.  The game has been designed to provide a 3D environment with various settings including New Tokyo, New Washington and the Jungle of Titan, all crafted for even deeper immersion. Moreover, Conrad will be aided along the way by the AI-powered weapon A.I.S.H.A., a lethal adaptive weapon enhanced with combat artificial intelligence.

Flashback 2 is currently available for digital pre-order in select retailers, and for retail worldwide in Europe starting on November 16th. On December 5th, it will be released at retail for the North American region.

Indie developer La Moutarde and Dear Villagers have revealed a brand new gameply trailer for the upcoming turn-based RPG, Terra Memoria. With its retro-inspired visuals and exciting gameplay, the game promises to be an immersive adventure for players. This upcoming RPG will be playable at the Indie Arena Booth in Gamescom and will be released on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series.

Terra Memoria‘s story pushes players into a globe-trotting investigation of a shortage of magic crystals and the sudden awakening of ancient robots. Players take on the role of six friends who join forces to explore the whimsical and cozy world of Terra. Along the way, they must battle monsters using the game’s turn-based combat system to overcome obstacles. Strategic crafting, building and cooking also come into play as players work to build a village and save the world.

An exciting element to Terra Memoria is the regional guides, which provide in-depth information about local cultures and the environment. By reading these guides, players have the opportunity to discover different recipes, uncover clues to aid their investigation, and more.
