Nintendo of America recently published a list of the “best-selling games on the Nintendo Switch system released in 2018” as they say, while detailing it’s based on the top downloads on Nintendo eShop and Nintendo.com of “full titles released in 2018”. So, let’s take a look at the yearly ranking for the Americas! The chart is based on the amount of downloads each title generated with no distinction between paid items and free-to-play titles, as Fortnite shows up at the top, followed by the surprising Fallout Shelter at 2nd and Paladins at 3rd.
