Worldless Pre-Orders Open & Soundtrack Announced Ahead Of November 21st Launch

Pre-orders for Worldless are now open with the option of a 10% discount on the Standard Edition of the game. Additionally, the Worldless Deluxe Edition and the soundtrack can be ordered from November 21st.

Thrifty gamers rejoice – pre-orders for the metroidvania platformer Worldless, developed by Thunderful and Noname Studios, are now open with 10% off the Standard Edition across console platforms. Additionally, a “Deluxe Edition” of the game is now available which includes the game and the soundtrack.

The game’s soundtrack features 12 songs crafted by Berlinist, BeGun and Jamie Bermudez, delivering an ambient, sometimes dark and melancholic, flux of sound. Worldless is set to release on November 21st for PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.

Worldless features a unique turn-based action combat system and RPG-style upgrades; the combat requires the strategy typically associated with turn-based systems, but includes an element of real-time action thanks to timing-based elements when defending and combining attacks. The game also has an intricate skill tree which adds new layers to combat encounters, as well as new avenues for exploration of the atmospheric world.

A compelling high concept story awaits: Players will discover two entities with opposing goals in this abstract setting. One is fixated on the virtue of their nature, the other is seeking to exchange it for their demise. As the game progresses, players must interpret the mysterious narrative and its themes of growth and understanding for themselves.
