Today, VGNYsoft announced the upcoming release of Demoniaca: Everlasting Night, a side-scrolling action platformer from independent developer, Hellmouth Interactive. Demoniaca: Everlasting Night is set to be released on both the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 in Q2 of 2023.
The game has been described as a “metroidvania,” combining beautifully grotesque imagery with seductive style. Players will explore the Tower of Babel and engage in real-time combat against hand-crafted enemies, while also meeting intriguing characters and uncovering the tower’s dangerous secrets.
Players will also have the opportunity to upgrade their abilities and dress and arm themselves in fashionable gear.
Demoniaca: Everlasting Night will feature five languages – English, Italian, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Spanish – and will be region free for those playing on the Nintendo Switch. It has been given an ESRB rating of M for Mature, and includes Blood and Gore, Language, Nudity, and Violence.
The game will also have a limited edition, individually numbered version for the Nintendo Switch Elite, which includes an exclusive Demoniaca Flier and Sticker.
“We are thrilled to announce Demoniaca: Everlasting Night for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5,” said VGNYsoft CEO, Joe Anderson. “We know fans of the genre will be excited to explore the Tower of Babel and discover its secrets, and with the limited edition version, they’ll have something to look forward to as well.”
