Nintendo Switch Online members will soon have to say goodbye to PAC-MAN 99, which has been available as a benefit for members since April 2020. According to a statement released by Nintendo, the main game and DLC will be discontinued in stages beginning August 8, 2023.
While online services for the main game will discontinue on October 8, 2023, users who own the PAC-MAN 99 Deluxe Pack or PAC-MAN 99 Mode Unlock will be able to continue enjoying CPU BATTLE, BLIND TIME ATTACK, and SCORE ATTACK in offline mode. Additionally, purchased content can be re-downloaded even after the discontinuation of sales.
End date schedule is as follows:
Nintendo is urging users to be careful not to make duplicate purchases of the PAC-MAN 99 Deluxe Pack, which includes all paid downloadable content. After months of players enjoying the retro game, the end of PAC-MAN 99 is looming. Fans are encouraged to get in as much gameplay as possible before the game is discontinued.
