Global game publisher CFK (headed by Chang-sig Koo) proudly announced today (May 9th) that it will be bringing the sequel to the popular adventure game A Street Cat’s Tale 2, to the global audience later this year.
A Street Cat’s Tale 2 is being developed by Korean indie game company Ppiyo Studio, and is a spin-off sequel to the previous entry in the series, A Street Cat’s Tale. The game centers around a stray cat, Cinnamon, who has been softened by life as a house cat and now has to deal with new problems out on the streets. The game features Sokoban-style puzzles, as well as emotional stories of animals abandoned by their owners and a society ignorant of their plight.
The original title, A Street Cat’s Tale, was met with a great deal of positive reviews after being ported to various platforms, such as Steam and Nintendo Switch™. It was also awarded the “2019 Made With Unity Korea” award for best indie games.
CFK and the dev team are currently preparing to release various details about A Street Cat’s Tale 2 through various channels, such as the Steam page and social media channels. The game is scheduled to be released within the year on Steam and Nintendo Switch.
