It’s almost time for evil.
Today, developers Rubber Duck Games and publisher E-Home Entertainment have announced the much-anticipated release of their humor-filled RPG, Evil Wizard, on May 25, 2023. The game will be available for Windows PC and Xbox Series X/S, with other consoles to follow.

Players take on the role of a defeated final boss, fresh off a humiliating battle with a hero, and hungry for revenge. The quest to reclaim what’s yours will take you through charming, pixel-art environments packed with hordes of enemies.
You’ll need to rediscover your former powers to infiltrate your castle and unleash devastating spells.
Kavka Wang, Marketing Director at E-Home Entertainment, said, “The Evil Wizard team has put together a unique, action-packed, sometimes crude and downright hilarious game that we’re excited to share with players. Fans of action-RPGs will find a lot to love with the world of Evil Wizard and the various locales, bosses and ability progression.”
Evil Wizard features a “Wizard with a Mouth”, allowing players to explore carefully-crafted locations and navigate intricate levels to unlock new paths in the Metroidvania-inspired world. Utilizing their evil-ness, players can slash, hack and stab their enemies, or harness the elements and vaporize them.
They must also face off against hordes of heroes, avoid deadly traps and solve puzzles as they reclaim their castle from the filth that has taken it over.
Evil Wizard will be available on Xbox and Windows PC via Steam, Epic and GOG on May 25, 2023, with other consoles to follow at a later date. Those interested in the game can wishlist it on Steam.
