Remastered Version Of D-Pad’s Debut Title Savant – Ascent Anniversary Edition Revealed

Savant – Ascent Anniversary Edition takes the platforming shoot-em-up to new heights on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, & Mobile

Ten years after its debut, the beloved shoot-em-up platformer Savant – Ascent is returning this summer with a remastered version titled, Savant – Ascent Anniversary Edition. Developed by D-Pad Studio and renowned musician, Savant, this game takes the original to new heights with a host of new content, stages, bosses, powerups and an entire new soundtrack.

In the game, you play as the Alchemist who is cast down from his tower by an unknown force and must ascend back up using your volleys of magic missiles to take out attacking enemies and precise dashes and jumps to move between two platforms.

The remastered version also sees new dashing abilities, epic bosses created especially for the anniversary edition, and a Survival Mode where fearsome bosses appear of their own volition while you scramble to survive in the Endless Elevator.

You can also customise your own playlist as you play, allowing you to hear Savant’s unrivaled genre bending in action.
