Supported by the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia, publisher SwissGames brings 18 new Swiss-made videogames to Gamescom 2021 which runs this week from 25 to 27 August. SwissGames will be presenting familiar titles as well as brand new game reveals, showcasing the very best in Swiss game development.
Gamescom 2021 is all-digital and free to attend for everyone. Register for Gamescom or book a meeting and see the 18 titles in the SwissGames lineup.
Highlights of interest to us include the magical Grimoire Groves from Stardust, Soup Raiders from Team KwaKwa, fast-paced party game Pool Party by Lakeview Games.
A roguelite dungeon crawler about magic gardening, not monster slaying. Players venture into a forest to plant and harvest magical flora, brew potions, craft spells and create new outfits.
Soup Raiders is a wacky and fun tactical RPG with a real time battle system where pirate and merchent animals fight each other and the world is in a soup. Liberate the Western Soup from the grasps of Mr. Whale.
Pool Party is a fast-paced party game for you to enjoy with friends. It’s a fun cross-over of the fighting game genre and Pool in a joyful universe. So get your bathing suit and hop on this adventure in Pool Party!
PC and other games also featured at Gamescom 2021 include The Wandering Village from Stray Fawn Studio which featured on Microsoft’s recent ID@Xbox presentation, dark fantasy RPG Return To Nangrim from Sycoforge, and alien survival game Wild Planet from Lukyantsev Company.
