The Ring Fit Adventure Play Experience Kicks Off Across the U.S. this Month

Visit the Experience to Test Out Ring Fit Adventure for Nintendo Switch

REDMOND, Wash., Dec. 10, 2019 – During the holiday shopping season, families around the country can discover exciting ways to have fun and stay active together at the Ring Fit Adventure Play Experience. Beginning on Dec. 13 and running until Dec. 29 at select malls across the U.S., the experience will let shoppers play Ring Fit Adventure, a one-of-a-kind of adventure game that transforms a player’s movements in real life into in-game actions. With demonstrations of the recently released game for the Nintendo Switch system, families can try out this exhilarating new adventure for themselves.

In Ring Fit Adventure, players explore a fantastical adventure world and battle enemies using real-life movements and exercises. At the Ring Fit Adventure Play Experience, visitors will be able to try out the game using the Ring-Con and Leg Strap accessories, which respond to the player’s real-world movements and allow the game to turn them into in-game actions. Traverse grass-swept plains by jogging in place, attack enemies with overhead shoulder presses and refill your health meter by striking some yoga poses!

Featuring customizable workout routines and additional mini-games, Ring Fit Adventure is a great escape for players of a wide range of skill levels and schedules. Plus, with the account features available on Nintendo Switch, each member of the family can enjoy their own personal adventures, tailored to each person’s level of skill, by changing the exercise intensity to suit the player’s ability. The supportive, low-pressure environment of these demonstrations offers an inviting way for everyone to explore the welcoming world of Ring Fit Adventure.

Ring Fit Adventure is a great gift for the whole family this holiday season, and Nintendo wants to give holiday shoppers around the country a special opportunity to try it for themselves,” said Nick Chavez, Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “With the new year just around the corner, Ring Fit Adventure is a great way for families to set new personal goals, while also embarking on an exciting journey and sharing fun memories together in the process.”

The Ring Fit Adventure Play Experience is currently scheduled to appear from Dec. 13 through Dec. 29 at the following locations:

  • Memorial City Mall – Houston, Texas
